    • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use FedEx for overnight delivery and work with other reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The carrier may vary based on your location and product type.
    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

3. Digital Product Delivery

For digital products, including software keys, we offer secure and instant delivery via email:

    • Processing Time: Digital products are typically delivered within 1-2 hours of payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
    • Delivery Method: The digital product, along with any necessary activation instructions, will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
    • Verification: To ensure secure delivery, you may be asked to verify your email or other order details.

Note: Please check your email’s spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox within the expected delivery time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

    • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship physical products to P.O. Boxes.
    • International Shipping: OfficeWorksKeys.com primarily ships to domestic addresses within United States. If international shipping is available, additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
    • Customs and Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

    • Tracking Information: For physical product shipments, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
    • Digital Orders: Digital orders do not have tracking numbers but are delivered via email. If you experience any delays, please contact our support team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain factors may cause delays:

    • Weather and Natural Events: Severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping times.
    • Carrier Delays: Carrier issues may occasionally result in delays outside of our control.

7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
